Crowd detection camera to detenct and prevent social distancing compliance abuse during pandemic

Camera	Camera Capable of identifying number of person allowed within view
Light	A LED Light will flash on camera when the number of person is exceeded
Voice	Voice over will warn of overcrowding
Message	Camera will send a message to a central server with a screen capture
Notification	Server will notify enforcement for the need to attend to site
Server	Server will provide hourly upload on the habitual non confermence areas
